We make the cargo reservation, the reception of the load at the bonded warehouse, the consolidation, we send shipping Instruction, hire the insurance (if required), arrange the payment at the terminal and take care of the transport from the bonded warehouse to the Port.
Once the cargo has been shipped on board, if required, we pick up all customs documentation from shipper´s customs broker, scan them, and send the full set of documentation via courier to our agent at destination. In some cases we also perform the follow up until the cargo is released by customs at destination.
